Crunch In Bed:

Before you even get out of bed in the morning, do 10 stomach crunches while lying flat on your mattress. Increase daily by one until you get up to 100. Try it. You may eventually have to set your clock to wake up 15 minutes earlier, a small price to pay for a flatter stomach.

I Do It And It Feels Good.

I do some morning routines to get me warmed up for the day.

In bed: Leg raises, flat on your back, neck up, bring em up and down (20x)

While brushing my teeth: Side bends and twist (think like a boxer) until I finish brushing them (3-4 minutes). (works your sides)

in the (hot)shower ( loosens cold morning muscles up): Stretch, reach for the tub floor, hip rotations(no homo).

After shower: tippy toe Squats (10-20) and lunges (10 each leg)

Walking back to room: Shadow boxing, throw as many punches as I can.

It just gives me much more energy throughout the day, my blood is pumping, and helps my mood.

I get up in the AM and watch Sportscenter before work. Instead of just sitting on my couch, I get out the exercise bike and ride it while watching TV. Even if I don't go all out, I'm still burning more calories than I would be if I was just sitting there. :yes:

Absolutely...

I do the crunches in bed also. It helps warm up the core. Makes it easier to get out of bed. And it suppresses my appetite to keep me from having a big breakfast.
