I did the variation.
5 reps for 10 sets 60 second rest.
The theory was that it would not build bulky muscle cause of the rep range, but would help with strength and functional muscle while still adding size cause of the rest intervals.
The shit worked. It was hard work but it worked, and I think is a foundation for the strength I have now.

A-1 Parallel Bar Dips 10 sets / 10 reps .....:eek:
I'd have to build up to this.

used 315 squats back in '88 I could fly. no, you don't understand. I could fly. foul line dunks at 5'10". top of the square late in games and I weighed 185. played center on most squads even when guys were tall as 6'4" and held my own. it works just take protein after workouts and get some rest.

It's a agodo workout, but this shit takes too long. I like to keep my workouts to 40-45 minutes. This shit takes about 90 minutes due to the prescribed rest times between sets. I may have to cut these down from 120 secs to 60 or 90 secs just to cut down the workout time.
