52 Blocks...

From what I've heard these dudes are cool with the cats who do the 52 Blocks training. I think allot of the Bar Tenda stuff and the 52 came from the prison system. As you can see they're on an extremely high level with this. Here's a few 52 videos for those who aren't familiar...

Nice.

I rarely mess with free weights anymore, cept I started squatting again for the first time in years.

I do dips and pulls, shit as changed my physique and added endurance and strength, but free weights gave me an excellent base and more bodyweight to work with, which gives better results. I also use chains to ad weight to my pulls and dips.

I think you hit something with the prison shit, thats where my idea to train like this came from, kept see dudes looking buff coming out and thats what they said they did, everyday(contrary to the overtraining myths).

So I started doing that shit. Noticed wider lats, caps on shoulders, and better tris.

Bodyweight is all you need for natural size muscle. When I do hit the Gym I usually finish all my sets with pull ups,push-ups or sit-ups. This is good stuff I had never heard of 52 Blocks until now.
Nice Drop

Word, I'm slowly working my way back into pushups and crunches. It's good to heat about how effective it is to lift your own body weight. I don't have a gym membership so at least for my this will be my workout program. Good to know I can get in to great shape off these things alone, eventually I'll add more to the routine.
