Been into bison as my meat of choice for about 5 years now, its great to take the place of beef. I make my spaghetti sauce and meatloaf with it. :yes:
For all my cleveland people cop it at ZAGARAS in cleveland heights.

Yeah, I been on this for a while also. Richer and leaner than beef, and the mutha fucka is GOOD!!

do they make Bison steaks, I think Turner's Restaurant has though, I'm not sure. how does it taste though.

Everything. They got bison roasts, steaks, sirlion stew cuts. Everything. Find a health market by you that sells it
Just remember it cooks alot quicker than beef and takes a couple times to get right, if you over cook it it gets dry.

On the real, my grandfather got me some Bison and Buffalo jerky a while back, and it was real good.

Ostrich is what I was gonna post next, if you got the info do it.
I grilled up one of the steaks and it was the shit, it is a tad bit more expensive than buffalo, but IMHO taste better.

I didn't know people ate bison. It's not a surprise though. If I ever come across it I may try it. I have had (curry) goat, alligator, and octopus though. The goat is like beef. I can't really describe what the gator tastes like. I had it at a restaurant in Charlotte, but I don't know the name of the place, but maybe some of you know the spot. The only thing I can say about octopus is that it was chewy. I don't remember the taste, but it was decent.
