I'll try and post a new tip everyday.
TODAY'S TIP - STARTING A WORKOUT PROGRAM !
Always start off slow and easy when you begin an type of excersise program. If you're heavy, fat, outta shape, whatever your issue, smile, and remember, you did'nt gain weight over night, and you're not going to lose it over night. Be true to yourself, and be honest about your goals. 1 pound is progress. That's one less pound than you had on your body.

Get your nutrition in check first. You can work out as much as you like, but if your nutrition isn't right you won't get the results you really want.

I get motivated by watching bodybuilding DVDs or reading Muscular Development. Shit always comes through when I start to lose that fucking hunger.

And your training partner calling you a 'bitch' also has benifits.

As a lady I find when I see clips of Beyonce, J-LO, Janet Jackson or any hard working diva working the stage it motivates. Especially if they have sweat pouring. I know if J-Lo and Janet can get their chunky butts in shape, so can I.:)

Do not look to people like them for inspiration. They can afford expensive trainers, nutritionists, and cooks to prepare things for them. Look at the average worker who does it in there busy schedule.
