Dont forget to stretch, this should go without saying. But let me remind you scurvy muthafuckas that just want to jump in the workout and jump out.

This will help you in the long run, when you 14-20 you get away with alot of shit, after that, you better stretch and keep it going.

It is a myth that just cause you got muscle you got to be stiff, I think plenty of nfl cats have shown that shit as false just like many martial artists!!!!
You work both hand in hand, in between your sets you should spend time stretching, kind of an active rest if you will.
