Drink beer in moderation if you're working out and you're trying to keep trim. Beer is pretty heavy on the carbs so unless you're burning them off you'll get belly fat fairly quickly.
That Heiny Light is pretty good calorie wise: 99, much better than regular Heineken (166).

the real answer when it comes to fitness is
NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
but thats a silly answer, its not like we are working out to go into body building competitions..
like pizza and beer and anything like that.. if you have a routine, just workout that much hard and eat that much cleaner tomorrow.
i know i'm guilty of not following that rule but its a good rule.

I remember in my younger days doing a keto diet and going out and drinking on my carb up days...friday and saturday and still getting shredded. The rest of the week was strict and no beer.
So I believe as long as you stay clean for 5-6 days a week the 1-2 days aint gonna really knock you back. I mean this aint NAZIVILLE, going out once or twice and having a few drinks is fine if you got everything else together.
Of course people should leave alcohol alone, but as we say with everything else MODERATION is key.

You would probaly need 12 of them shits to get a buzz, thats 1300 calories right there just to get a buzz with that weak shit.
You better off getting some rum pouring you a double/triple shot mixing it with some diet coke and calling it a day, only bout 300 or so calories. If you gonna drink you might as well try to do it right.

First off Thanks to HNIC for this forum. I haven't really posted in the main forum for a couple of years because it's gotten silly, but I love the info that this forum offers. I work out 4 days a week, am in good shape, and LOVE BEER! I crave Blue Moon, but that beer is high in carbs. A good beer to have that taste good and is low in carbs is Amstel Light. I have it about 2-3 times a week, One with a meal, and the others when I hang out with co-workers. It hasn't effected my body or workouts, so it comes highly recommended!
