Any good all natural Egg substitutes you guys reccomend?

if you're worried about the cholesterol in eggs, you can use ONE egg yolk and 4 or 5 egg whites.
most egg substitutes are JUST egg whites, with some corn oil/starch added. they are low in fat, good in protein, but they charge you for taking out the yolks.
Egg beaters is good and easy to find.
if you're allergic to eggs, egg substitutes won't do you any good.

for eating like eggs make tofu scramble. they sell a lil mix in health food store you just put it in your tofu and then cook it or you can just mix nutritional yeast, turmeric, whatever other spices you like to taste and mix it in. its like scrambled eggs.
for baking, use ener-g egg replacer. also in health food store.

Good Ideas.
I cook Tofu all the Time but buy it firm. I guess I'll have to buy the softer tofu to get the egg texture. I'll try it out today. I'll also order that egg replacer. Good site btw!
I been fiendin for some grits and eggs lately.

Nah its good with firm tofu you just mash it up with your hands.

Eat whole eggs, eliminate your chorlesterol levels by adding additional fiber. Whole eggs are really good for you. I eat 3 eggs omelets (green peppers, white onion, shallots, tomato's, cubed turkey ) with 7 grain bread, and yam patties all the time for breakfast. Eggs, whole ones, are best. Sorry bruh, you should adjust something else in your diet !
