Hey fam wuts good yall??? I need help with creating a workout regiment. I am a former highschool football player and now im in college and fat ass hell...i know in order to loose weight i need cardio im starting half hr on bike half hr on treadmill but or maybe 15 mins on tread and 20 on bike but anyway what else can i add to my workout??? can a brother get some help with a 5 day workout??

How much you trying to lose? How fast? Also how tall and how much you weigh, people can give you better advice if they know just a little more info.
