Elon musk bringing Tesla HQ back to California. Grass is always greener huh dumb fuck?

California also being the first state to say they will stop the sale of gas powered vehicles starting in 2030 probably had something to do with it too. Haha

Those were NOT available to everybody because everybody wasn’t creating electric cars like Tesla at that time. Nah , it’s actually you who are parroting Pro Elon Musk talking points. I know you hate Democrats and all but you sound like a big Elon Supporter, a racist pro Trump right wing POS. LOL at you know people who love working at Tesla. They must be honkies because that is Something nobody Black in the history of the world has said.

What does recognizing Elon as a good CEO have to do with Donald Trump?

yes, he did.

The same logic would indicate that we “lose” money every time our house is valued lowered. Tesla stock almost doubled over the low of the past month so the same logic would indicate that Elon “made” hundreds of millions over the past month. You don’t lose unless you sell.

your thinking does not match the entirety of the rest of the financial world.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has broken a record for the largest amount of money lost by one person, according to Guinness World Records.
Musk lost between $180 billion and $200 billion since November 2021, largely due to the poor performance of Tesla stocks in recent years, according to the report. His fortune went from about $320 billion in 2021 to its current level of about $147 billion.

Elon Musk has lost $100 billion in net worth this year alone as Tesla’s stock plunges

The unraveling of Tesla stock has erased $132 billion from Elon Musk's net worth in 2022, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.

devaluation of owned stock has always been considered as loss. Universally.

even the IRS lets you claim capital losses against your income on your taxes.

Both of these statements are false. Short term stock value movements are not a big indicator of wealth outside of news headlines. Again, by your logic, Elon MADE more money this month than anyone in the US. The IRS does not let you claim stock value movement. You have to actually sell the stock and even then, there are limits.

We are arguing over one of the richest men in the World who is CEO over one of the highest valued companies in the world. If you are determined the believe he is a bad CEO who is bad with money, I’m not really motivated to argue with you. Tesla is $195.70 right now. I suggest you buy some. I’ll update this thread periodically informing how much y’all would have made if you invested 50K right now.

wow.

well there's no debating this with you any further.

when a person rejects posted proof, evidence and personal experience, that person does not want to learn.

but you cant say you werent told.

Tesla is $196.71. You would have made $500 if you invested 50K instead of making that last post criticizing Elon.

Meanwhile property tax in Texas is like 3 times as high as here . You don’t think they make up for the pseudo low taxes in other ways. Please
Bro, I can't even argue with you on that. Property taxes here in Texas are high as fuck, especially in newer communities.
My property tax rate is like 3.5%.
Texas definitely makes up for the lack of state income taxes with the property taxes.
In the end though, the taxes overall are still a lot lower here than in Cali.

That’s outrageous lol. Ours is .071% Y’all paying almost $18,000 on a 500k property.
