If you hate Gimp because you're use to Photoshop, like me, and just need it to do small quick projects like cleaning up or manipulating a photo to post here, you can use www.photopea.com instead. Same tools in the same locations. Im quite sure trying to edit extremely large photos will be at the mercy of your systems horsepower and could freeze your browser, but Ive been able to do some fairly involved photo editting without having to install cracked or trial versions.
