Mofos laugh at me for living in Las Vegas, NV.

Nothing weather related happens in Las Vegas. Triple digit heat is the norm here unlike other parts of the country. It doesn’t make the news.

It’s one of the reasons I moved to Vegas.

It’s a small town with a somewhat mid-size city vibe.

It’s only about a 4 hour drive from Los Angeles depending on the time of the year.

Majority of the shit you find on the Strip, you can find around town (minus live entertainment shows). The Strip is a tourist trap like Times Square, NYC and Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles.

A 3 bedroom home is averaging around $400k, but you can find some in the low $300k depending on where you wanna live.

Nevada has no state tax.

Yeah. Whenever shit like this creeps up I briefly wish that I was back in Arizona safe from this craziness.

It's slowly turning into the place to be.
Got a football team....WNBA team....the Oakland A's about to move out there. I'm sure an NBA team will be there before long.
Didn't know that they had no state tax......nice.
