The event is underway, and we expect Debby to have a week or more impact across the Eastern US. The storm track is highly unpredictable, so it's challenging to say who would get what, especially those inland of GA, SC, and NC. A shift or west means a lot here. Eastern NC is prone to flooding, especially along the Lumbee River.
