I like Poles but I don’t think you can run it back with him after this disaster of a season, it needs to be a full cleaning of the house and hitting reset with some new ideas and updated talent evaluators.

Not a big deal. In a 2001 game vs. Bugs that was aired nationally, Bears S Mike Brown was caught either yelling or mouthing on the sidelines to his defensive teammates, "Who's got the mother fucking heart?!". Bears had just given up a td. They beat Tampa that day in a shootout.

As an outsider and someone who saw Caleb play in HS, the Bears do not need to hire Pete...Solid coach, but I would like to see them hire an offensive minded coach that will still be there when the OC leaves (assuming the OC does a good job of revamping Caleb).
