Staff coming along pretty well, we just need to get that DC spot filled with a good coach. I have no idea who the OC is going to be.

Also, if Shaw becomes OC, having been able to interview him early (for HC at the time) would have been worth it. I think Rivera would also have been a potential candidate for DC (if not for Allen), so that interview was another chance to talk to a candidate as early as possible. To gauge both aptitude and mutual interest.
