The cost of a Chinese restaurant compared to a Black-owned restaurant is different - half the folks working there are not paid - or paid very minimally - they come to this country and are hired out by a broker for next to nothing - work every single hour.

A back business even if family-owned, everyone expects to be paid and not below minimum wage either - they are not working the long hours or everyday like the Chinese workers. That $380,000 is going int the owner's pocket (at least $350,000). The Black business will have multiple expenses and overhead that wouldn't allow them to put that much money in their pockets.
