I've never understood why a woman would want to work in a male prison for any other reason than to get that ego boost of the constant attention they know they're going to get. I think eventually every one of them will do something that could get them fired and arrested if they got caught

I will tell you one of the most real things I've ever posted here on BGOL, most women have no clue what they like, this is why they will always be susceptible to pimps, trends, players, preachers, religion, astrology, superstition, influencers, lesbians and guy locked up behind bars with game.
So their initial intentions weren't to fuck those guys or destroy their careers, however, they were influenced to do so not realizing they had been set up due to their weakness.

So basically they ain’t making shit for compensation along with no retirement and shitty benefits.

The same way Donald Trump and the Republicans put The Onion out of business for 4 years because everything that was coming out looked like satire but it was real. Reality during the Trump administration was stranger than anything satire you could come up with

Cause some places they make 6 figs a yr like NYC.. lots of people make less than 100,000 a yr so when the opportunity presents itself you jump on it. That's prob 1of the reasons to join corrections

That's a tough ass job for anyone, but specifically women. All money aint good money for all people. Weak minded individuals really don't need to be in law enforcement.
