I thought they were the most educated, opening most businesses, they own more homes than black men.

Step two: push the we don't need a man narrative.
Step three: promote overspending via getting in debt, using student loans to live like a boss bitch.
Step three: make child support laws ridiculous, to the point where most hard working men are staying away from kids.
Finally when you add all of this up, it's easy to see the ticking time bomb that Kevin warned us about,

Depending on where it is the city/country etc has staff or contractors that handle taking the stuff out. If it's a private landlord they could just hire whoever to do it.
In DC I believe they stopped to doing set out evictions, they change the locks & you have coordinate with the US Marshals. If you don't get your stuff out by the specified date then the landlord can set your stuff or legally dispose of it.
