Even if possible, Will never pass the senate.
How does amending the constitution works?
Because the U.S. is not a monarchy.
Why amend it? Just get those 1,500 folks he pardoned to put the work in.

Why doesn’t he introduce a bill for him and other likeminded elected officials to suck that man off everyday?
Oh, he’s leaving. A good number of Republicans at this point after a few days do not want him there anymore already. Hell is shit get more worse they may go up in there and throw him out.
Of all the things that Trump has done so far those pardons are the most frightening. If a legislator insults Trump or disagrees with a crazy law he wants to pass through these same thugs will be meeting them at the parking lot next to their car.
Also, those swing states are now bright red. Because if a Democratic governor or state legislature wins a close race these same guys will storm their own state capital counting on their new guy to bail them out with a state pardon.
This is why the FOP is so concerned.
The president can legally kill them and say that it's part of his official duties. It doesn't work both ways.
