An African American gets a 50 year lease on land in Ghana. He builds a home and a vegan restaurant on the property. He comes home to find out the Official in charge of land has sold his land before the 50 year lease is up, and they are tearing down the property with no notice. They're also taking his personal property away. They're doing this to make room for a LGBTQ hotel and resort.
My Opinion: Dude should not be surprised at this behavior from Africans in Africa. Those folks know that we aren't African like them. We're the only ones on the planet who don't know this. We are "native" to the Americas (the vast majority of us). We'll say we're Black, Negro, Colored, African American, and Moor. But we won't say or believe that we are native/aboriginal to the Americas.
Ghana was preaching that "Year of Return" bullshit several years ago. They wanted to get a slice of African American spending power. They know that we're starving for an identity, and we're searching for a home. "We're at home!" We just don't know it yet.
