It wasn't even death by natural causes.

She fell in her bathroom and hit her head.
:smh:

According to the couple she lived with in Texas ... Ann fell in her bathroom early this morning and hit her head causing grave damage. We're told she never regained consciousness.

Her roommate says Davis had been pretty healthy for an 88-year old woman -- and her death was a total shock. In fact, she even walked downstairs to say goodnight before going to bed.

Wow! Sad to hear about her death but this freak accident thing is not only shocking but kinda scary. My mom is elderly and I have other elderly relatives and acquaintances. This could even happen to small children or adults.

The manner of her death is pretty disturbing. This is like slipping in the shower or falling on a sharp object or something or any of a number of household accidents that could very easily become deadly. Stuff like this can make a person a little paranoid especially about the welfare of their loved ones.

Each day above ground is a blessing to be cherished. Times like this can become moments of and opportunities for reflection meditation and gratitude.
