Any body have a OLED TV at the crib?

I just copped an LG C2. I'm in awe at how significant the difference is between it & my previous 4K tvs. I might as well have been watching tube tvs all these years
Yep. Have had one for about 5 years. Can definitely see the difference. Especially with black contrast.
Headaches? I have heard there are a small percentage of people who have headaches with them.
Best TV technology on the market for now and they are getting brighter every year while minimizing the burn in issue with each new update to the technology
Some of the new miniLEDs have closed the gap but OLED is still king
I have a 65 inch lg in my bedroom. Looks way better than the 8k TV in my living room.
I have the C2 and it puts my Vizio 4K tv to shame
Yeah, I copped mine over a year ago. Took my eyes a while to get used to it. But the picture is amazing. Deep, deep, blacks.
Good shit.... and I have yet to see any millionaire, or someone of even substantial or reasonable wealth.... rocking Vizio TV's.... I'm doing OK and have never.... fucked with a fucking Vizio TV.... Vizio is for the kids to play video games on at the most, if you're a hood booger or just ghetto fabulous.... if I was rich, I'd have a hidden 80" that rose out of a cabinet82'' Samsung in the living room

The pictures are so good I have to rewatch older movies that were shot in the dark.
Mofos here, I think mailbox or someone else, was lauging at me for wanting to put a 65 in my master bedroom.... knew I wasn't the only one

I have the older C7 version so it might be time for an upgrade but OLED is the reason I invested in a NAS to hold those 4K HDR rips.
LG C1 here since June and its definitely a game changer. And like it was mentioned earlier, it is hands down the best gaming TV on the planet.

Bought mine 5 years ago and NO regrets.
Yezzir! I have my PS5, XBOX Series X and my 4K UHD Blu Ray Player hooked up and it is out of this world! As you mentioned with 120 Hz and Dolby Atmos...I feel like I'm in the game or on the movie set!
Spent yesterday and part of today watching 720p & 1080p content on YouTube TV noting how much better the image quality was. Now I'm here watching The Witcher Blood Origin on Netflix in 4K losing my mind & drooling at how beautiful the image is
65" in my bedroom too. Moved the regular 4K 60" to my living room. I spend more time in the bedroom so I want my best tv there

I have had one since Christmas of 2018. No LCD tech can touch them. With OLED, Black is Black. That's the advantage of an Emissive technology over a Transmissive one (LCD).
I keep the OLED in my bedroom because they perform better in dark areas. My living room is usually bright and gets a lot of daylight so I got a QLED for that area. 65 inch LG CX and 85 inch Q900TS.
Sucks that a lot of ppl got misled into believing QLED is on par with OLED back when LG was the only brand making OLED tvs. Salespeople & Samsung marketing made a killing off of that

Fuck Samsung with a stick. Coped a curved G9 monitor. So far I aint impressed. Quality issues galore.
Stick with LG. They make all the top notch screens. I heard that Samsungs phone screens have quality issues too.

Samsung made their first OLED last year...the tech, QD-OLED, was superior but Samsung had a lot of issues with their model with firmware updates that changed the picture and durability issues such as bent panels...Sony used the tech and their model had no issues but the Sony QD- OLED was very expensive
Samsung's QD-OLED should be better this year but I would wait a month or 2 to see what buyers are saying
LG aint just sitting on their hands and they upgraded their OLEDs as well and they can go toe to toe with brightness but I would say QD-OLED is still the best tech and is only sold by Samsung and Sony for now
Got a 75" Sony Bravia OLED In my basement and a LG 55" OLED In my den. my bedroom has a bullshit Hisense 55" but I don't do no entertaining In the bedroom. You can't go wrong with a OLED panel the color, especially the black levels and detail Is stunning.
I've had so many ppl tell me they've had issues with Samsung tvs and appliances that I won't even consider looking at them when shopping
Samsungs don't support Dolby Vision either which is a dealbreaker for me.
