iTunes is good but it doesnt do as good of a job as it should. Media Monkey is probably what Ill end up with.

I have it... I only used it for video tho... didnt realize It was good for music management as well
Google Play! Shit is crucial... but bout to switch to Spotify since everyone I know is on that bitch (and sharing play lists is mad easy there)
