Anybody else getting random Ad pop ups on their phones?

Shits mad annoying . I don't even need to be in a Web browser and I'll get an ad popping up . I can't block this shit. Any help.

My phone did it when i had those apps wish and geek. Once i uninstalled them it stopped.
