I’ve seem to not get what I’ve been paying for! I called to cancel my plan and the person hung up the phone in my face, very rude! I want all my money back from every month I’ve paid for wasting my time! (February 2021-April 2021) $109.99. I won’t stress it about January when I got the plan started. They couldn’t cover my car when I needed it fixed, I paid out of pocket so why pay them when I have to pay for it myself anyway!

The customer service people are nice, but the company sucks! My car has been in the shop since April 7 2021 (it is now 4/26) and has just begun repairs since the adjuster couldn’t find time to reach out to my repair facility until I informed them that I contacted a lawyer. And the icing on the cake? After paying for a rental for three weeks they will reimburse me for 4 days. You’re better off putting your monthly payment in a jar...

I would never recommend this service/warranty to anyone. The people that work for this company are so rude and unprofessional. They are quick to take the monthly payment but when you actually need their service to cover your vehicle they take forever on responding. Then they don't even cover the amount the repair shop quotes for the vehicle to be fixed. I ended up having to pay $1500 out of pocket because car shield wouldn't cover the whole transmission being replaced which is what needed to be done to fix my car. This coverage is a joke and a rip off. I dealt with the same claim for a month before they agreed to even cover half of the repair. Everyone I spoke to was rude and unprofessional. The adjuster never responded, not even to the repair shop without having to contact him 4 or more times each time we needed a response. NEVER GET THIS SERVICE/WARRANTY. THEY ARE RUDE & WHAT THEY ADVERTISE IS FALSE. Especially Morgan in customer service, she has a Terrible Terrible way to talk to customers. I don't even want to give 1 star, this company is so terrible.

Car shield is the worst warranty company. Don't use them. My vehicle has been at the shop for over a month. They finally told me that they will not pay for my vehicle to be repaired.

Awful company!!! My car sat at a dealership for 5 days until they authorized the claim, then decided they would send their own part which was another day. A total of 7 days my car sat at the dealership and then stated they will not pay for a rental at all but that's not what my contract states. Then they will only pay $19 towards freon and it cost $90. No communication with me and extremely poor service. I'm disgusted with this company. I had my daughter 2 weeks ago and have to deal with these horribly sneaky people, while being a new mom. CARSHIELD YOU SHOULD ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. I have cancelled my contract and reported you to the BBB!!!!!

This company puts our false advertising. The commercials make it sound so easy. It is **** to get them to cover anything! They will deny you on the slightest little Itsy bitsy thing. You have to make call after call to get them to pay up!!! I can go on but don’t want to waste my energy. Got better things to do. Cancelled both our cars! Will never recommend them!!! Even my mechanic said they were terrible.

Had many URGENT notices about my car warranty and after non stop mail notices, decided to call. It all went well with the sales agent until I told him I had to get back with him. Then he said that he needed an “accept or decline” so I said decline, and that’s when he said he will note that I was waiting for my vehicle to break in a very nasty way. It’s amazing how the courtesy turned into a horrible tone in a split second. I will not be part of a company whom customer service is that Devious.

Car Shield is a rip off. My starter went out in my Infiniti Q56. They only want to paid $178 dollars for a starter. Where in the world u get a Infiniti starter for that price. I call the auto store local to me, and their price were $375. My total bill was $900 with the dealership. They only going to paid $563. A pure rip off.

I have the "Diamond" coverage and have it in the shop right now for a broken flexplate. The flexplate is specifically mentioned in the coverage on page 5 of 32 in my contract. It is also not part of the exclusions section. Carshield says it is not covered because the shop says it's cracked. (That is how a flexplate fails) This now costing me $1600 out of my pocket for something that I've paid to have covered. I will get a lawyer involved now. May cost me more, but this is NOT acceptable.

All you have to do is read the exclusion language in the fine print to know it ain't shit. Tracy Marrow, aka the phony OG Ice-T, will hawk anything theses days. :rolleyes:

All those auto warranty companies are constantly being sued, going bankrupt, then rebranding under a new name.

You saying this reminds me of US Fidelis back in the early 2000's. The American Greed episode that focused on them was crazy. That was a major scam.

When something happens to my vehicle, I need that bitch back on the road asap. I don't have time or patience for those shade tree mechanic time-frames.

I don't have it and I don't know of anyone who does but these add-on insurance policies, whether 3rd party or from the dealer tend to very restrictive and you can be certain the adjuster is going to try to find ANY modification to the vehicle to turn down the payout.

Caveat emptor.
save your money you are going to pay then each month and fix your own car
