It is naive to believe that corporate America is merit based. Mediocrity isn’t rewarded as much as trust. That’s why certain types of people in corporate America that get promoted to leadership look and act a certain way. Race is going to be a top factor but mainly commonalities in other things.
They get richer because of ownership. Once we own more of what we create, we will be in position to call more shots. Thats why we need to look to our own and not the other races.
Or Biden or Bush or whatever other mediocre caucasian man you can think of. The vast majority of them are mediocre to below average which is why they need a system of oppression in place.
