One of the main reasons I didn't mind going to the grocery store with my mom. Because I knew I was going to see another Jet Beauty of the week. Also, I had an older family member who used to collect these in country. Had them all on a book shelf.

This should be the fastest induction in this whole series.

Man, do you realize for how many generations the Jet Beauty of the Week was an integral part of a Black male's adolescence? There are a few of them I would tell that in my mind, I've had many children with them.

If anyone knows where I can find a compilation of these women over the past 30 years, I would be greatly appreciative.

Go look at the names that got denied and you can HONESTLY say Jet should be in over some of those names.Not in a first ballot!!!

I voted against supahead and the board was going crazy over her. If she doesn't get in on first ballot there is no way in hell Jet should get in. There is not one nipple in Jet to deserve a first ballot status.

My young ass would get excited whenever I saw Denise Nicholas in a Jet Magazine. But, I'd always start at the Beauty of The Week.

Then, I remember coming up on a "Players" magazine... Players Magazine was my standard. Playboy... Meh! LOLOL
