BGOL Writing Contest #6: Current Climate - The Black Revolution

I want to set you a story where you have the utmost freedom with the only concrete factor being Current Climate or The Revolution.
Entries Due 11:59PM EST Tuesday September 6th, the day after Labor Day.
I've been talking with @ansatsusha_gouki @Mello Mello @Dannyblueyes about doing another contest. I enjoy the dark side. I don't know, it's just me. Most of us are Black and have been affected emotionally by the murders of Sandra Bland, Alton Sterling, Philando Castille, Michael Brown, Eric Garner, and more. Taking the power in the form of a pen would be sweet.
It's frustrating to hear of these stories that seem to be never ending. The perpetual state of Groundhog Day when news of yet another unarmed Black person killed is enough to make you crazy. Now you can write about it. You can unleash all of your pent-up rage and frustration on paper in 3000 words or less. The current climate is definitely something that is definitely enough to get you pissed off.
Black people vowing to no longer play the victim, the strike back in a way that allows them to take back the power from an oppressor. Though the tables will never be even, an act of vengeance gets it close enough.
No Holds Barred
I want to set you a story where you have the utmost freedom to do or kill whomever you like. I only ask that the story be of your own imagination. No fan fiction. No conscious rip-offs of any movies, or books. 3000 word limit, not including the title.
I know you guys are busy as I am, but fuck it. Let’s do this damned thing. Let's do this
Theme: Current Climate or The Revolution - Give us your best Current Climate or Revolution story.
Length: 3000 words max. I mean it.
Deadline: A month days from today, September 6th at 11:59PM. I know some of y'all are in school, plus work as I am, 30 days is enough time to put something together, edit and proofread it sufficiently
Prize: Highest scoring story gets a free year membership to BGOL paid by yours truly. In the event of a draw between two stories we'll hold a vote on just those two stories. Whichever one gets the highest score wins the free year membership.
I don’t care where you go with it, really, just as long as it is a revenge story.
Rules:
No fan fiction. The biggest and best part of story writing is coming up with YOUR OWN idea. If you take an idea that someone else had and expound upon it that is cheating.
So please, if you join this contest, use your own stuff. Even if you ask your kid brother, niece or nephew for an idea and write about that, that is cool. Kids have the damnedest imaginations. Just don’t take something that is already written or drawn and turn that story into your own story.
3000 words. I upped it from the past contest of 2500 simply because it is so difficult to fit the details that make a story good into 2500 and I always had mine over and had to cut the pieces off of my baby hurt like you wouldn’t believe. I know all writers feel the same. 3000 is the limit, and votes will be removed for every word over the limit
3001-3100 = 1 vote removed
3101-3200 = 2 votes removed
So don’t go over the limit. This is just for fun. An internet contest for BGOL bragging rights.
