Yes because Biden specifically said they will not enforce the ban giving TikTok no reason to shut down. But TikTok and Trump are setting it up for Trump to look like the hero

While I (and all of BGOL) are certainly in agreement with keeping porn away from kids, we all agree that it is the parent's responsibility to filter their children's internet, as an adult, I should be able to consume the content I want to consume.

I believe this is significantly more extensive than a mere porn ban. Could he suspend other laws that are already on the books for 90 days to reevaluate them? The civil rights act?

Alas, one final fuckup from the Biden Administration. They allow a TikTok ban at the behest of Bibi and AIPAC to quiet the Pro Palestinian crowd, then at the 11th hour they say they won’t enforce the ban, which allows Trump to swoop in and take credit for lifting the ban. Gen Z rejoices more now than they have throughout the entire 4 years of Biden’s presidency (unless you were among the few to have your student loans waived).
