LeBron isnt "clutch. He lacks the "killer instinct" of a Kobe Bryant or Michael Jordan. LeBron will never win a ring. LeBron will never be better than Jordan. Even though he was in street clothes, its still D Wade's team.

Great Shot...

But this Celebration was corny...

U can tell he's been waiting all season to use it... right before he did it, this nigga paused for Half a second and said:

"Lets see if I remember this.. oh"

he not really cluth.

He's the most clutch player in the game.

He has more killer instinct than both of those volume shooting 2 guards. You admitted yourself this week Kobe's "clutchness" was predicated on being teammates with Shaq. And Mike got bounced out of the 1st and 2nd round too many times to compare with LeBron. LeBron would never get swept in the 1st round EVER. LeBron would never back away from guarding Kobe Bryant in a contest EVER. MJ did both.

I said he would probably win 3 or 4 about 6 years ago...

Nah you was a Kobe fan then. You said he'd never win, and like most Laker fans you predicted Durant to win 1 before him. The season after he lost to Dallas in 2011 not 1 time did you predict LeBron to win in 2012. Don't switch it up cuz you was wrong now chief.

He aint NEVER coming close.. you're right.

He's already a better all around player. Jordan wasnt good enough to lead his team in every category every year. He did it once as a rookie on a team of scrubs. Inkosi does it playing with 2 other all stars. Jordan's brand is desperately trying to stay relevant next to LeBron's. By the time he's done, it wont be.

Wade gave up rights to the game after the 2011 NBA Finals

IMO

Wade gave up the rights the minute LeBron announced he was coming to South Beach. LeBron has led that team in scoring, minutes, rebounds, assists, FG% since he got down there. D Wade was never an MVP candidate as LeBron's teammate.

Cute shot, but one can make the argument that Wade deserves to be the Heats first half MVP, for unselfishly allowing himself to get injured for the benefit of the club, so that the deferment of power can be passed on to LeBron, allowing him to make that shot..
No one is talking how great of a player Wade is for basically teaching LeBron not to lose, and in my opinion Wade is the one who really made the shot and it should go down in his stat sheet..
LeBron should be giving Wade at least three quarters of his salary for single handedly willing him to be the player he is today...

Notice how the Jordan stans and others constantly attempt to marginalize when LeBron does something special? Jordan never dealt with that. He was overrated and coddled for the sake of commerce. He had hot dogs and hanes underwear to sell. Do you remember these clowns doing this when Kobe would hit clutch game winning shots? NO they did not. Because Kobe is not and never has been considered better than MJ. But LeBron is, he just does so much more than that guy that its created an insecurity. I've always said the hate is a compliment its a testament to just how much better he is than MJ or anyone who's played the last 30 years in the NBA. None compares to #6. And none drew as much hate or resistance as #6.

Whats really funny is how the NBA is fazing out Kobe real fast, notice no one is talking about placing him on Mt Rushmore..
AS far as the MJ comparison, we need to let the kid play, his path is as close as you can get at this junction of his career, but he has to still deliver more before that discussion is serious, but to say he would never come close is just as ludicrous...

100% true.

I swear fam, I predicted Lebron's greatness in his senior year of high school. I argued with my boys about how he is going to dominate the NBA in a way our generation had never seen. I described him as Magic Johnson with Jordan's athleticism, & Karl malone's strength.

And I remind them fools every chance I get on how right I was!

I agree he's got more work to do, and his story is still being told. But LeBron at 29 is already more accomplished and better than Jordan at 29. He's more of a winner as well. Whether that continues is to be seen. But at his pace, its no question LeBron will have the better career and be remembered as being a better player when he retires in his late 30's. If that wasnt the case, I don't think the Jordan stans would invest so much energy into marginalizing him. I mean we got dudes throwing the ENTIRE LEAGUE under the bus just to say what Inkosi has been doing the last 3 years isnt special. That has never been done before just to slight 1 player. LeBron is that dominant, and that much better than everybody else. They think its unfair.

This guy posting a regular season chart.

Post the playoff chart, and while you at it, post his percentages in the last 20 seconds of contest whether that's go ahead buckets and or game winning assists. Not all contests are won at the buzzer and being clutch late in games is about more than just final shots. Going by this chart, his buzzer beater in the 2013 Eastern Conference Finals against Paul George & the Pacers didnt happen.

17ppg and 35% shooting in the NBA Finals says Hello.

IN PLAYOFF ELIMINATION GAMES
32.0 points, 10.0 rebounds, 6.4 assists, on 47% shooting says hello.

A better statline than Jordan in elimination games and winning percentage. LeBron also has better #'s and performances in playoff Game 7's than Jordan. LeBron's Game 7 of the 2013 Finals is one of the greatest in NBA history. His 37 points on 52% shooting is the highest scoring output in the Game 7 of a Finals. I cant imagine Jordan scoring that many points, shooting that well and grabbing that many boards in a Finals Game 7.

Quote me on WHERE I SAID LEBRON WOULD NEVER WIN A CHAMPIONSHIP. I WILL MAIL U $500 IF U CAN FIND A POST PAST OR PRESENT THAT I SAID LEBRON WAS NEVER GONNA WIN A RING EVENTUALLY AND I WILL PERSONALLY MAIL U $500 BUCKS.

Most years, other guys on his team shot a higher percentage than him hence them shooting even higher percentages when his ballhogging ass "retired" the first time. What does Michael Jordan know about rebounding? And leading your team in it every year and the playoffs? Do not mention Jordan and all around in the same sentence when referencing greats like LeBron, Magic, Big O, Wilt. He DOES NOT come close. A great all around shooting guard, yes, but amongst the greatest all around players? HELL NO!

Scottie Pippen HOF inductee 2010

And just because he gambled in passing lanes and racked up weakside blocks did not make him the best defensive player. Jordan had no presence in the interior defensively which is why his teams did nothing in the playoffs until Scott Pipp & Ho Grant emerged. Jordan could not guard another team's post player or get them in foul trouble. He couldnt go out there and outrebound the other team. He's not LeBron.

If Jordan didn't choke in Game 5 of the 1989 Eastern Conference Finals Chicago might've actually done something in the 80's. If Jordan was such a potent scorer, he wouldnt need double OT's just to get to 60 points. If Jordan didnt choke against Isiah all those years, just maybe Zeek might've been a Dream Teamer. The downside of MJ's legacy is that he left a bunch of Chicago fans pretending to know something about basketball, when really all they know is how suck his dick.

The downside of MJ's legacy is that it's made a lot of fans "lazy". They just reference Jordan as the "benchmark" with no reasoning or logic whatsoever simply because they grew up on his shoes and media created narratives. Thats why when they discuss basketball with people who study its ENTIRE history and not just David Stern's tenure as commissioner they get exposed.

Kinda messed up,for him...the big match-up between him and LeBron.

LBJ took everything from him at their camp meeting, tore him up on the court....then hit a running 3 pointer to win the game.

It was all downhill for Lenny after that.

It ends up with him,hog-fat,laying in bed eating while watching LeBron go off on tv:smh:

If LBJ wants to do something corny after a shot like that...why not?

As a fan of both Jordan and LeBron I can't go wrong with either.... I will say this Jordan is far more spectacular and his greatness is so much in your face, thats why I don't talk about Jordan's greatness, cause if you can't see it well then you are beyond retarded..

LeBron on the other hand, greatness is not so much in your face, at times, especially being he does so many subtle things that its easy for you to miss..
Sure we can see the slam dunks and the game winning three, but its too easy to miss or down play the way he purposely drives in the defense like a magnet, playing them like a maestro always part of the offense even with out the ball, and no matter how hard he is driving, he always seem to know where the open man is... Not only that, he uses setting up the three point shooter as one of his primary weapon as well as anyone in the game and as one announcer said he has more three point assist than anyone he's seen...

Everyone sees the game winning three, but the fact that he scored 37 and was a assist away from a triple double, is an after thought almost like its LeBron thats what he does..

When some people watch him shoot from the outside, some people may say, Kobe was a much better pure shooter, and Jordan looked unstoppable with that drop back jumper, while 'yeah LeBron gets some in' but when he misses he looks awful, this may be true especially due to his muscular brawny body type, but consider this first, when I see LeBron shooting the outside shot, I say to myself, imagine Magic or Malone doing that shit and tell me how awesome that would be...
Now go back and look at that game winner again and tell me that, yes he may not be the most spectacular player ever, but how can you not say that he is not amazing...

Yeah. It's more subtle.

I'm interested to see what Lebron is going to do in the offseason. Wade is starting to fall apart man. Wade probably has two seasons left (max) where he's even close to being an all-star. He can still play but he just can't stay healthy.
