People act like Boosie don't make money from his music and investments.

Right and in the interview he said this took like 8 years to build up. Dropping cash every week on this project.

I try to tell people that Chittling Circuit is no joke. I've heard him say and seen it myself, he would go to places no other artist will go....Took that same formula No Limit and Cash Money used and went to those small towns in the South and performed....

Shit at one point that nigga was at Club Bliss in DC like every 3 months and that shit would be stupid Packed out...LOL

Bro, you can download music now and all his music is on these websites and I'm pretty sure BGOL got a lot of his music on there as well to download.

He said he had problems in a gated community before and after being in prison, they wanted him gone so he focused on leaving Louisiana then purchasing land and he's complained about the police pulling him over there.

I just hope he doesn't do all of that building and not planning for the day he doesn't get a call to do a show and when Boosie Noodles isn't in the stores cause all of that shit will be sitting there falling apart and he'll be there talking shit being the Old Madd Rapper

If he made the right investments and have that long term then he'll be good hwn he doesn't get a call no more to do shows. Can't do shows forever and he can become a business man or do real estate to continue making money because there's more than one way to make money after he no longer can do shows anymore. Also, if he got his master's he can sell or should be getting royalties.

Yup and I think what people don't understand is that he built that house in the south. Yeah in New York or the DC area ( well potomac, md or northern va because that shit is too damn big to be in the city), that house would cost several millions.

He built that joint 6-7 years ago in the south...The land probably didn't cost that much and even if he dropped half his show money he was doing on the weekends or during the week to have it built, that shit would add up over time....

If he was doing 2 shows a week and making $80,000 combined and was dropping $40,000 a week on that house, that's 2 million in 1 year...It wouldn't surprise me if that house was right at $2 million or even less...

Yeah and they are not making anymore land. The thing is he has paid cash for all of that....If see in the interview, he said a movie company is renting out his house for a few weeks to shoot a movie and that would pay for alot of the shit he is building in the back.....

He could always sell that shit, but I think I remember him saying he was planning on renting those apartments out in the back....

Damn, that joint is nice. I heard that Boosie worth over a billion, on the low. Looking at this, it's clear to me that it's true.

That place oozes class and opulence.

 to Badass!

Hes also trafficking too brother...which is largely why hes building that place with cash.. Hopefully thats past tense at this point.

That place will have very limited resale value.. hopefully he has his business and finance in order to be able to maintain and upkeep the compound for the next 50 years.

Why yall surprised at Boosie's wealth. He has major investments and hustles. Plus he's in the South where real estate is still more attainable than the rest of the Country when you have the bread

After a career spanning over two decades, Boosie Badazz is looking to the future and shopping half his discography to provide a nest egg for his children.

The Baton Rouge, Louisiana native claimed that while he gets paid “top dollar,” for his interviews, the long money lies in his music. According to Boosie, he can get up to $20 million for selling just half of his catalog.

He opened up about his financial plans during a recent appearance on The Danza Project, revealing he still owns the rights to much of his music.

“I’m finna do a deal on my independent catalog. I’m finna sell half of my independent catalog, most of the stuff that I own.”

He continued, explaining that he wants to provide for his children’s future, and secure a lump sum right now.

Boosie Says His Catalog is Worth Up To $20 Million “Easy”

“I probably got 22 albums that’s mine,” he added. “So I think I’m finna do a ten-album deal. That’s my catalog, you know, go get about $10, $15, $20 million right quick, easy. And you get it back in 20 years, you know. That’s when your kids need it, when they’re grown.”

According to Boosie, he can get back the royalists after two decades, or “you can do it forever.” He added. “It just depends on how much money you want. They got real money out there. A lot of people are doing it.”

Check out the clip below and watch the interview at the end of the page.

Despite his desire to provide for his children’s futures, Boosie is unwilling to compromise his staunch views on homosexuality and gender identity to make a buck.

“I’ve been offered a quarter-million to go to perform at LGBT community things,” he explained elsewhere during the interview. “Big money. I told them I have nothing against it at all, but that’s not what I push and that’s not what I believe in.”
