Here is the interesting thing with the job market. A lot of foreign companies are coming into America, taking advantage of people who want to work from home. This is extremely interesting…. Hell I may jump on that train because I am comfortable being home right now.
I love working from home and companies that embrace it will never have a shortage of staff. I actually work more though, but don’t mind it.
Employers actually work longer hours and companies save money in things like office supplies, electricity, water, and etc. All positives for a company.
I think you can literally add another $20K to your salary when you wfh because you save on things like gas, wear and tear on your car, and if you use public transportation cost taking the bus and or metro.
Yep this is why foreign companies Are coming into America looking for people to work from home. This action is going to put a lot of pressure on American businesses because they are going to have a hard time finding solid workers due to foreign companies come in and employing workers remotely. This is a win-win for the employees. It is so funny they took a pandemic for people eyes to become wide open.
