Help me understand this. Hunter is going to get special treatment in his home state of Delaware...but Trump didn't get special treatment in his home state of New York.

I'm sure that speech sounded cool in his head, but it's pretty much negated by 1) his general content, which was trash, and 2) the realization that he did actually come all the way there just to say that he had to go because he had better things to do. If he really was "that busy", he would have just declined the invitation. Dude wanted his on camera moment, and thinks that it went really well.
Then again, it's southwest Georgia. He could actually end up winning. Crazier things have happened.
