…wait, how is he going to deliver starlink to someplace that has no electricity to run starlink? Furthermore, I doubt he would provide such aide for free.

In theory, Tesla and SpaceX engineers could work with state disaster response teams and set up electrical sites powered by solar and battery backup.

Blaming FEMA doesn’t seem accurate since that doesn’t speak to any local gov jurisdiction.

Unfortunately, I think there is some truth to this. A lot of folks out there will happily quietly vote for him. There's a reason the polls are always so close.
I agree with this especially in 2016. But since 2018 there has been a shift. There are way too many Republicans switching over or willing to protest vote this time. Nikki Haley was still getting hundreds of thousands of votes months after she dropped out in the primaries. Another thing is Trump doesn't have a statistical advantage of the 65+ age group how he had 8 years ago. And with regards to the polls, there have been dozens of trash polls that have been released that are funded by Republicans that are oversampling the R. It saturates the averages that they like to tout without going into specific details or the crosstabs lol. I wouldn't look at the polls, I tend to pay attention to the trends.

Also, I think that there are plenty of younger voters that are being unaccounted for by polling, too. I know a good many people that wouldn't bother picking up their phone to answer a poll that are absolutely ready to vote like their lives depend on it. I promise you that traditional polling is not getting a proper cross-section of young voters.

You're onto something. But I have purposely neglected to mention it since I don't have an answer for why younger voters, melinnials in particular, don't vote on par with other age groups. When I see that start happening, then I'll start to get excited.

But to further the point, @easy_b mentioned something that I had to go look up and research for myself because I was in disbelief. He said that we have lost 20M Boomers since 2016 aka Trump's largest voting block. It turns out he was correct.

I've seen Anthony Scaramucci say we've lost the same amount but since 2020 and have been replaced by Mellennials. I don't know about the first part but the second part has been backed up by this study:

Now the only trick is if we can mobilize these jokers to show up in the numbers that the 65+ age group has historically came out to vote then we'd be seeing supermajority type election nights for every Mid Term, General or Special elections. lol

Just my $0.02.

I told you guys Covid really took a lot of them out. This is right towards the middle of the Covid crisis. Trump and Republicans sort of start changing their tune about vaccines because they found out a lot of older white people was dying.
