There's no way this dude was functionally stupid enough to think that the shit he pulled was going to result in a peace prize. Even if Ukraine folded, no one that judges that would consider it a win.
...actually, nevermind. The dude is actually this dysfunctional. If someone even suggested that it might happen, he'd lock in on it. We all know that he has brain damage, but this last week really hammered home just how dangerous that shit is.
