Imagine having access to a grocery store with every ingredient known to man, which only Kings had access to in the past. Then complaining the 3 dollar pre-made stuff thats designed to sit on a shelf for 2 months without going bad isn't made with health in mind. If you want to live like humans have for 10k years, then find the ingredients to make your own sourdough bread. That's how humans have lived. Not going to Walmart and complaining a business is focused on profits. Sourdough is literally flour salt and water. No one is stopping you from eating good except for your own laziness and ignorance. Corporations are businesses, not your mom.
