When I heard this and read the texts I knew he was cooked, I don't know anything about him personally but it just sounds like textbook abuser language.

Typically an appeal would be granted if there was an issue with the jury instructions… maybe lack of evidence but that’s going to be tough since they both testified and there was video….
I think it’s a wrap on this for him… appeals court rarely overturn jury verdicts….
Which is a likely reason why Trumps team quietly wanted a bench trial… it’s much easier to get an appeal due to a judge error when the judge is also the jury

No, but the things he said made him sound like a weirdo and the text messages saying he's a monster and that he's going to kill himself make him look like a manipulative abuser. I don't know, nor do I care if he's an abuser, I'm just saying that when I saw the language he was using in the texts and the weird tone of the audio it wouldn't look good In court, also the video of him picking her up isn't a great look either, especially since he was fucking with a White chick.
