These men also don't want to give their assets and property up when their wives file. They want it changed so the person who initiates the divorce doesn't get ish, especially if the wife cheated. They want it where she can't take over custody of the kids. No alimony, property division, nothing. You leave with what you came in with. No more you were a SAHM and did sooooo much work so you deserve half of what he has.

Men's rights groups are about to go to town on them. Good. It's what they deserve.

A PART of what I think will happen is that things will revert to marriage being based on love rather than financial opportunity or gain. If there is demonstrable proof that it is a physical or otherwise dangerous situation, that is another story. But not make it so easy to ruin a man because of “feels”.

I think they should go one step further and address paternity fraud.

The only way to change behavior is to remove incentives to it.

While all that may be true, marriage is a choice for both parties.

If I am reading correctly, just with any legal dispute you make before a judge, you will have to prove your claim.

I don’t see that as unreasonable given the devastating effect on children and men during divorce.
