That doesn't look like it will last very long and will be safe even less time than that.
I think if they could’ve braced it, you’d feel better about the duration it would last
Bracing would be a start. However, it also needs to be attached to something very solid like a prepared foundation then treated to resist rotting and insect damage. I get that resources are limited, but that thing is a tragedy waiting to happen. Some enterprising but foolish go getter is going to overload it and then, boom.
