GUN THREAT: A customer at a South Florida convenience store was allegedly so enraged by the price of cigarettes that he returned to the store waving a loaded rifle at the clerk. He is now facing an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge

Good thing he doesn't live in NYC or Chicago. He'd have brought out the Claymores and Pipe Bombs.
If I'm not mistaken, FL has no State Tax which adds up to a lot of the cost tobacco products.

That Nicorette would have to be laced with something. This CAC will get off with a Treatment Plan for Nicotine dependency, ordered to go to Smoker's Cessation classes and 30 days in jail with Huber Law. He'll get his rifle back upon satifactory completion of the program...no probation.
