Ok, she seems to be the most popular one I posted so here's a little info and pics.
The nudes above are from the 2010 New Orleans Playboy Casting Call, in which women can try out for PB.. Since her pictures were published on the website, that means that Playboy selected her to model for but since she never appeared in any capacity for PB except as a "Casting Call" model, it probably means she turned them down.
I'm assuming here but judging from what I've been told by PB employees, she probably wanted to appear as Playmate of the Month but Playboy offered her a spot as a lower level model (Amateur, Student Body or Cybergirl) and she turned them down.
As a result of the release, Playboy owns the pictures and can do with them as they please (see Montana Fishburne). These days, Playboy only publishes Casting Calls of models who have accepted offers to appear in the magazine.
