I took my lil man to see this friday, he wanted to see Transformers all day til we got to the theatre and he saw a Lighting McQueen poster and he changed his mind. :rolleyes:

I said whatever and took him, I never saw the first one but this movie was fucking dumb. I get the whole "Talking car" thing, that's cool. But to have no type of humans in the entire movie was kinda weird. Then the storyline was lame as fuck, usually these movies keep my attention but this one was really bad, it was mainly about that Larry the Cable guy car which totally lost just about every kid in the audience, the Main car which the entire series is supposed to be focused on is barely in the movie.

I went to rotten tomatoes and they had this movie ranked as the worst Pixar movie ever made. And now I see why, my son was ready to leave about 1 hr into it and I feel asleep halfway through.:lol:

I'll go on record and say this will be the biggest waste of money any parent will have to fork over. Please dont see this.:smh:

Ok the OP is gonna be one of those parents that takes all the joy out of his kid's life.

I took my son to see Cars 2 last week. It was pretty good. Mater was always the dumb one so him being the big hero of the show was a nice touch. Also how are you saying that the kids weren't into it? My showing was PACKED and when that movie stated I never saw a buch of kids, including mine pay so much attention. Man they actually CHEERED when the movie ended.

PS. Movie has been out for a week and already pulled in $66 million. Guess someone must like it.

My daughter and Nephew loved it........Try Kung Fu Panda they loved that to......I usually fall to sleep on them movies anyway.

Took my daughters to see it yesterday. They enjoyed it just like the first one.

I enjoyed the story line personally.

I actually was able to enjoy the first one. Took the little one to see part 2 last weekend. I fell asleep through that bullshit. Kids were getting all antsy because they couldn't follow the movie. Every now and again, the Larry The Cable Guy car would say something funny and get the kids' attention for a few seconds. But other than that, the movie was pure ass. :smh:​

C/S - first time i heard the audience actually clapping at the end of the movie. Then again i don't go to the movies often.

My daughter loved the movie.

As a car buff they had every last single car made in that movie which was cool as hell

Let me dumb this down for you because you seem to not understand.

THE MOVIE WAS LAME!! I could care less about the shit, I took my son out with my godson and they both hate it. I usually fall asleep anyway but they thought it was bad, they watched it and said they didn't like it so gtfoh with that dumbass shit.

I dont give a shit if the place you went to was packed or not, the place I went to in one of the most crowded theatres in MD had a audience under 30, so the word must be spreading.

Wolverine was a boxoffice hit too, so I guess by your fucked logic that movie was great too right? lol

The movie was bad, I disliked it the kids I took didn't like it, so that means that the movie was shit. If you loved it then thats whats up, more power to you. But we've seen every cartoon movie for the last 3.5 yrs and he didn't like this one, I was just giving niggas a heads up, if you feel differently then keep it movin nigga.

Exactly, the same went with the kids I took. There ain't but so many redneck hillbilly jokes that 3 yr olds are going to understand. They got all this spy shit going on and they didn't know what was going on after a while.

The movie is the worst Pixar movie ever made. People who get paid to review this shit even got it as a shit movie. If you liked it then fine, but all those lame ass attempts at trying to explain a fucking cartoon are lost on me. The movie ain't for me, it for the kids and if they don't like it then something is wrong.

I saw it with my little cousin..it was slower moving than most Pixar flicks..I have to say I was kinda excited to see it since I really like the first Cars film.. this was meh at best..

oh and Mater is bisexual...yes I said it dammit..:lol:

It wont be a financial bomb, so it won't matter. We live in a world where good movies, the few that there actually are, go ignored by moviegoers and terrible movies with bad plots and plot holes the size of Texas are $100 million movies at the theater.

Transformers 1 was a pretty bad movie, and I am not just talking about the fact that they gave Optimus Prime lips. Transformers 2 was hot garbage and Michael Bay & Shia Labeouf came out and said it was garbage and that they would "try to do better on Transformers 3". They failed, let the people on this board who saw it who actually know movies. I went to work today and the first thing two people said was "Transformers 3 was the shit! It was too long, though. But it was good." Are you fucking kidding me. God the American public is stupid.
