Comic Con NYC for the heads...geek/chick friendly

First off, were PLENTY of females of color in attendance, not in costume per se but definitely representing. The turkey meat females were strong repping the costume so that's what I have pics of mostly.

Sorry no asian pics, there were a few nice ones but got video footage on Friday/Saturday when they were out in full force. Most of these pics from Sunday, brought camera out since my Hanycam takes shitty red eye pics.

That chick sat in front of me for the "ALL ACCESS: DC" panel yesterday.
That ASS was on point!

This bitch was definitely full of herself. Whenever someone wanted to take a photo of her, she had this attitude like, "DON'T BOTHER ME!"
She did this with a few people I noticed. I was like,
"BITCH! HERE YOU ARE DRESSED LIKE LOKI AT A COMIC BOOK CONVENTION! PLEASE!"

You had to see the Chick in the Gold uniform. That ASS, LEGS, and THIGHS were the BEST I seen at this year's Con. A few of us were like..."WWHHHOOOAAAA!!!"

2nd BEST body at Comic-Con. Sista was very friendly.

She real slim, yes she was, don't think she was too happy about it though, any decent looking brother (myself included) who she saw looking at her she looked everywhere else after that. She basically had to dance in area all damn day for three days straight with eberyone who tried game out. I walked around for three plus hours and my feet were sour so I know she was worn the fuck out.......

Lot of latinas out there too, next year will bring my own squad of beevys.

Yessir, Phoenix was one of the hottest females out there and she was cool but dudes were not trying to ease up, there were a bunch of short STACKED females in costume, I mean stacked but all barely 5"3........crazy.

What's crazy is all these artists that are drawing on cintiqs now. I'm seeing like 12 artists on my facebook page working at comicon with their computers going and the cintiq in play. Paper is becoming a thing of the past I guess.

I actually thinks that's sad. I can see how non-paper work might be easier, (especially on your method of coloring), but there's something about the quality of paper and ink that you can't capture digitally.

And I will agree with you 100%. It's really hard as hell to emulate the feel and look of pencil and ink on paper. My work on my last issue of my book was all digital and the artwork suffered. The main advantage is just speed -instead of drawing and then taking forever for clean-up.

Which can take forever, I know. I don't mind a little conveniences in whatever anyone does, I guess now you all (artists) just need to find that balance between modernity and craft.
