I'm not sure if you were responding to my question about Tank, but if you were, I didn't consider Deontay Wilder to be an elite fighter. At his best Wilder was a limited skills fighter with a big punch so it wasn't unusual to see him lose rounds to more skillful fighters. Tank on the other hand is a skilled fighter who loses a lot of rounds

Was Ryan even trying to make weight or is he doing this for some sort of competitive advantage? 3.2 pounds is a lot.
