If Errol has slipped as much as I think he has, one would have to hate Errol Spence to put him in with Boots
Boots problem is nobody wants to fight him so he wouldn't get that step up fight that is necessary before he fights Crawford. As it is, Boots super aggressive style is what gives him the buzz so he keeps looking for knockouts. I don't think he would be as reckless with Bud though and it's a shame that fight will probably never happen.
In critiquing Boots, let's not forget he was rusty, was clearly knockout hungry, and he still beat the shit out of a quality opponent to where the doctor had to stop the fight out if concern for dude safety before the halfway point. Counters landed but that's what happens with super offensive fighters.
When Boots does lose, it will probably be a spectacular looking KO that will make people underrate the talent that he has.
Hope he comes back as well...but it ain't just the one loss as you are well aware...time will tell though
