"If not - do it NOW! It’s literally free money for Rideshare drivers, Gig workers, Independent contractors , Etc. I just applied and spoke to a rep. She said at this point they are denying almost ZERO apps. The process takes 5 minutes. You don’t have to submit any paperwork. They deposit the money into your checking account within a week. You need to submit your gross income from February 2019 to end of January 2020 and do a separate app for each business you are claiming. **FYI** The Feds only allotted 10 billion dollars to this program. So divide that by 10k, that’s only enough grants for ONE million people. And even less if people have multiple businesses. As of Tuesday, 600,000 apps had been submitted. Good luck!"

Yes. I applied. My biz has 2 employees and that will keep them on the payroll for the next 6 mos

I applied yesterday. http://disasterloan.sba.gov - Click the covid-19 yellow banner at top. Then fill out the information. Takes about 5 minutes. On the last page of the form, there is a checkbox for the 10K advance.

What's crazy is that there are people charging people for this information and help to apply when it's real simple to apply. Like what's been said, the money may run out, but why not give it a shot.

nope. business still stays the same for me. the city of philadelphia was giving out grants and loans too but i took one look at the long ass application and was like, nope
the only thing they didnt ask for was a drop of blood.

Can you still apply even if you do not have a current business BUT currently applying for one in the meantime? I'd like to bypass the obligated questions they're asking about business name, trade name, etc. URRGGHHHH lol
