Depends on their net worth. One of my very good friends is a franchise owner and she votes for the tax cut, however she's not going to vote repub in 2020 because of women's rights, judge appointments, etc.

Damn near every Black person is a bit of a conservative despite what they may vote.

Cashwhisperer,

As I know you’re a follower of Neely Fuller... all black men and/or people that classify as non-white are all victims of racism/white supremacy.

And all black men fall under the category of VGQ. Victim Guaranteed Qualification.

There’s no other category for us. Not until the system is overthrown and replaced with a system of justice.

No, I don't respect the intelligence of people that vote against their own interests.
This. I hear them talking about the democratic party all the time. They are getting paid to divide and conquer blacks. I personally know a few democratic politicians who are doing a lot for the blacks in their community. One girl I know worked for a republican clerck of court who was racist as hell and harassed blacks working under her. They voted her ass out and put a democrat chick in there who promoted the blacks that got screwed over and got rid of all the racist there.

I take it case by case. A lot of black folks are conservative but that doesn't mean you have to vote for the Republicans either.

You are correct.

I wanted to see what the perceptions were of the so-called "black conservative". I realize that we are all victims, but some blacks call themselves conservative, so in regard to that I'm supposed to call them what they want to be called, correct?

That's why I'm asking questions through this poll. "All problems are solved through a series of questions and answers".

I would like to see the way black people communicate with each other when we do attempt to do constructive things. That Revolt conference was a shining example of how not to do it. We need a codified method of communication. We need to cause a shift into thinking in terms of counter-racist science and methodology.

My reaction to their answers will be VGQ.

Again, I agree.

I consider myself more politically aligned with Republican supposed support for states right, small government, etc

that being said, I've never voted for a Republican and I never will. As long as they align themselves with more far-right borderline fascist ideologies, I'll continue to vote for Democrats even though I don't really agree with most of their policies.

Michael Steele is the only one I can think of that I have a modicum of respect for and that's threadbare. He never struck me as a coon.

I don't have a problem with Conservative philosophy. We should be concerned with the size of government. The problem is American conservatism has been corrupted by racism. I knew a lot of white conservatives and I could count the real small government conservatives on one hand with fingers left over. It's important to remember that Jim Crow and segregation were official government actions.

First of all broad stroke labels are a problem. Very few people are mostly conservative or liberal. It’s a retarded label they’ve conned muthafuckas into accepting. I’m liberal about some shit. I’m conservative about some shit. Taking either title forces you into a dumb corner on all topics.

A lot of black people are conservative at heart. It’s white supremacy and racism that is holding black people from voting republican.

When you think about it the Left and the Right are both arms of white supremacy.

Republicans don’t care for black people voting for them because that will piss off there red neck base.

The Democrats use our vote and exploit us and do everything for every other group except black people.

I respect real Black conservatives, not the fake boot lickin' coons that FOX NEWS props up to be the "voices" of Black Conservatives in the US. I do not like nor respect:
- Larry Elder.
- Candace Owens.
- Jesse Lee Peterson.
- Deneen Borelli.
- Allen West.
- Mia Love.
- Katrina Pierson.
- Jason Whitlock.
- Stacey Dash.
- Herman Cain.
- Sheriff Clarke.
- ANY Black correspondent/commentator on FOX NEWS.

However, Colin Powell and Michael Steele are pretty much the only two Black Conservatives that I DO respect. Both men were not afraid to speak their minds and cross party lines to call out their own party.

And Colin Powell even endorsed Barack Obama TWICE. Both men look at the problems facing America and have spoken out against Trump, The G.O.P, and the divisive rhetoric The Republican party has been espousing over the years...
