It's apart of the culture,a small percentage but it's there.What I wish for them is that they grow up,mature enough to be able to go around the whole board of monopoly instead of being stuck in jail or losing all of their money aka dead and not productive at all in life,it's a metaphor but it's reality for most of them cause they never get a chance to go around the board of life.
They need rules and boundaries where they aren't killing off people that don't gang bang,kids and black people that actually own something in their neighborhoods,if not it's only a matter of time for them cause to grow they move out of their community and it's turning into someone else's.
