Probably marinated the breast in ghost pepper hot sauce before coating it in flour/batter(which in itself might've had ghost chili powder in it)
Also, when I make Nashville hot chicken, I pour the hot oil in the dry seasonings and dip the cooked chicken in it. They probably did that too. there's a place here that i go to called Nest Burger......they have some of the best Nashville Hot flavored wings. I'd always have them to give me some lil containers of it on the side so i can have with my fries.

There's a guy at my job that invented nerve tape. I've been there for 7 years, and he'd been working on that for 6 of those years. During the early developmental stages, he had me order him some pure capsicum. it just has a different tangy, sweet, spicy hotness.
u dont need to worry about having water to drink behind it because its not that hot.....

yeah me neither. feels like messing up good food to me.Never got...the need to eat something so chemically hotly seasoned that u can't even enjoy the taste of the food..?
