Fam i need help once again i dont understand this computer joint??

can someone lead me in the right direction here? was watching games yesterday and thought my shit got a virus becuz before this msg and before i got a virus last year i had WAYYYYYY more music files and porn on my computer and never got this msg.. but here goes plz help a nigga out becuz im lost fam...

now when i log on..... i get an error msg that reads " Low on virtual memory" paging file too low... i changed my paging file and its still coming up.. and everytime i navigate through different websites with a pictures and what not it gives a runtime low c virtual error msg..... anyone? do i just get memory? if so where and whats good 2 get?

Post how much RAM you have. You also might want to see what is running in the background by pressing CTRL+ALt+DEL and bringing up task manager. If you see your CPU spiking or getting taxed then something could be hogging your memory.

If you need RAM check with www.newegg.com.

Just to be safe i would run Superantispyware for goodmeasures.

cpu usage only runs up between 2-4 %..... but i think i have it at 246 ram... the system suggested i go to system cntrol panel and cust maximize my page file. i did that but still same problem..... i really have no clue what i am doing.. i ran malway bytes scan and it says no viruses found?

Yup sounds like hard drive too full. Paging file is hard drive space and RAM shifts instructions in and out of there to perform tasks. If you downloaded a whole bunch of stuff without ever cleaning up, you are probably low on hard disk space, which would completely screw up your paging file. If there's no room to put the instructions, the memory has to do everything on it's own without caching instructions in and out to the hard drive.

also good thing to do people don't is get a good defrag software and run it atleast once a week
